Lingon Certificates, in collaboration with Sigma Technology, Interior Cluster Sweden (ICS), and Linnaeus University, has received a substantial Vinnova grant to develop an innovative Digital Product Passport (DPP) solution tailored to the Swedish furniture industry. This initiative aims to advance digitization efforts and accelerate the industry’s shift toward sustainability and a circular economy.
Through the newly funded STELLA project, under the Digital Transformation of the Swedish Furniture Industry through Advanced Digital Value Chains, the consortium will enhance product lifecycle management by creating blockchain-based DPPs that track parts and products from pre-sale to post-life.This collaboration not only supports companies in meeting new standards but also sets a solid foundation for long-term, sustainable growth in the sector.
